Do we offer extended returns during the holiday season?
Yes. Orders placed during the holiday season (November–December) may qualify for an extended return window, allowing eligible returns until late January.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 – 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
When do partial refunds apply?
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item:

  • Has missing parts
  • Is not returned in its original condition
